    摘要:

    面向秦岭、祁连山等野外生态保护区日常监测需求,创新性地将北斗三号RDSS技术、野生动物抓拍技术与图像极限压缩技术相结合,研究具备图像采集、图像压缩、图像传输、野生珍稀保护动物识别、动物检索、火灾监测和大数据分析等功能的北斗自然生态监测系统,满足生态保护部门在野生珍稀保护动物发现、森林防火和日常巡视等方面的需求。该系统在秦岭北麓示范验证8个月,抓拍野生动物34类次,为客户节省了大量的人力成本,取得了较好的社会效益。

    Abstract:

    Oriented to the daily monitoring needs of wild ecological protection areas such as the Qinling Mountains and Qilian Mountains, a natural ecological monitoring system is designed, which innovatively combines the Beidou-3 RDSS technology, wild animal capture technology, and image extreme compression technology, and implements a few of functions such as image acquisition, image compression, image transmission, identification of rare and protected wild animals, animal retrieval, fire monitoring, and big data analysis, and meets the needs of ecological protection departments in the discovery of rare wild animals, forest fire prevention, and daily inspections.The system was demonstrated and validated in the northern foothills of the Qinling Mountains for 8 months, captured 34 types of wild animals, saved a lot of labor costs and achieved tremendous social benefits.
