    目前雷雨季节对民航的影响较大,会导致运行安全问题的增加。当前首都机场中央跑道36R 仪表着陆系统(ILS)下滑台以及所属保护区地理位置低洼,在雷雨季节台站以及所属保护区内易积水,导致设备参数超限引起设备关机,从而造成对运行产生影响的不安全事件。通过对2022年雷雨季,36R ILS下滑台保护区积水导致设备告警关机事件进行分析,研究其关机原因。 后续加装雨量监测软件等保障措施,在现有条件下对设备监控进行优化,避免不安全事件发生。 提供导航设备夏季雷雨季节相关问题的排查思路与解决方法,为雷雨季节保障提供宝贵经验。

    Abstract:

    At present, the thunderstorm season has a greater impact on civil aviation, which can lead to an increase in operational safety problems. Currently, the central runway 36R Instrument Landing System (ILS) descent stage and the protected area located in the low-lying geographical location of Beijing Capital Airport are prone to flooding during the thunderstorm season, which can cause the equipment parameters to exceed limits and cause unsecured events that cause equipment shutdown and affect operations. The unsecured event caused by flooding in the protected area of the 36R ILS descent stage during the thunderstorm season in 2022 is analyzed and the reasons for the shutdown studied. Subsequent installation of rainfall monitoring software and other support measures will optimize equipment monitoring under the current conditions and avoid unsecured events. A valuable experience for the inspection and resolution of navigation equipment problems in the summer thunderstorm season and valuable experience for the thunderstorm season are provided.
