    本文针对低纬度地区电离层干扰对GBAS(地基增强系统)导航性能的影响展开定位精度、完好性和可用性评估。通过在电离层活跃地区(处于低纬度地区的东南亚地区某机场)搭建动态测试平台,结合电离层梯度和闪烁指数S4的实测数据,验证了GBAS系统在电离层异常条件下的导航性能。实验模拟飞机进近过程,在GPS单频、BDS单频GBAS两种模式下,分析电离层干扰对定位精度、完好性及可用性的影响,结果表明,GBAS在低纬度电离层干扰环境下具备可靠的异常卫星修正能力,其定位精度、完好性和可用性均满足国际民航组织和中国民用航空管理局对I类精密进近的要求。

    Abstract:

    This paper evaluates the positioning accuracy, integrity, and availability regarding the impact of ionospheric disturbances in low-latitude regions on the navigation performance of GBAS(Ground-Based Augmentation System). By establishing a dynamic test platform in an ionospherically active area(An airport in the Southeast Asian region which is located in a low-latitude area) and integrating measured data of ionospheric gradients and scintillation index S4, the navigation performance of the GBAS system under abnormal ionospheric conditions is verified. The experiment simulates the aircraft approach process and analyzes the influence of ionospheric disturbances on positioning accuracy, integrity, and availability under two modes: GPS and BDS GAST_C(GPS single-frequency 、 BDS single-frequency in GBAS). The results show that GBAS has reliable abnormal satellite correction capability in the low-latitude ionospheric disturbance environment, and its positioning accuracy, integrity, and availability all meet the requirements for Category I precision approach set by the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO)and the Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC).
